Job summary

Caliber’s Long Beach service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to transform damaged vehicles into road-ready cars. You will work on full collision repairs, including frame straightening, panel and structural work, and quality reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

At least two years of collision repair experience.
Frame straightening and repair to factory specs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
Handle full collision repair including frame rebuilds.
Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
