Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structural components.
• Strong focus on precision, quality, and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and perform full collision repairs from start to finish.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
