Caliber's Service Center in California is seeking experienced auto body technicians to repair collision damage quickly and correctly. If you can pull, straighten, and square frames, perform structural repairs, weld with precision, and maintain a meticulous eye for detail, you may be a great fit.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through efficiently while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair and alignment.
• Detail-oriented with a no-shortcuts mentality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore integrity.
• Quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
