You will blueprint, align frames, and perform structural repairs with precision. We value a strong team player who cares about quality, safety, and efficient repairs.

Eligible to work in the U.S. required; two years of experience preferred; be ready to work with modern collision repair equipment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening, and square repairs.
• Must be detail-oriented with a no-shortcuts mentality to blueprint and fix right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
