Job summary

Caliber Collision Prattville Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair vehicles after collisions, from fenders to frames. You will read blueprints, perform precise repairs, and ensure safety and fit.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Sharp eye for detail; bolts, welds, and overall repair quality.
• Must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute accurate repairs with attention to safety and quality.
• Perform full collision repair from minor impacts to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with company policies.
