Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Service Center Trussville seeks an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender work to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory-spec panel and structural alignment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Pull, straighten and square geometry for accurate repairs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise workmanship.
• Perform full collision repair from fender to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
