The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair, frame straightening, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through efficiently, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
