Caliber's El Cajon service center on East Main St is hiring automotive body technicians for full collision repair. You’ll perform frame and panel work, blueprint repairs, and precise reassembly to factory specs, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, precision welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; work with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major incidents.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through the shop.
