Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Body Technician for our El Monte, Peck Rd center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and quality processes.

We seek hands-on pros with at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality. You’ll work with a collaborative team, lift up to 50lbs, and contribute to safe, precise, and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Attention to precise repairs with quality finishes.
• Willingness to work with a team across body shop roles.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair including fender benders and frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
