Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Collaborate with team across painters, estimators, and front office.
