Caliber Collision – Glendale Service Center is hiring an experienced collision repair technician. The successful candidate will handle full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and following factory specs. This role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and safety in a high-volume shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• No shortcuts: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tighten bolts, welds, finishes.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean and safe work area at all times.
