Caliber Collision is hiring at the Service Center St Louis – Big Bend Rd to perform full collision repair work, from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles to factory specs, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

The role offers hands-on training, a competitive pay structure with a weekly flag rate, and opportunities for career growth. Requires at least two years of experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No shortcuts—blueprint, fix right first time.
• Attention to detail for bolts, welds, and alignment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-centered collaboration with body shop staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs per factory specs.
• Perform fender, frame, and structural repairs as required.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain safety and organization at the work station.
