Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians for its Skokie center. You will perform full collision repair, including panel and structural work, following factory specs and applying precise, high-quality reassembly.

A team-first attitude ensures smooth coordination with painters, estimators and front office staff on daily jobs. Two years of hands-on collision repair experience, frame/structural proficiency, and a strong attention to detail are required, along with the ability to lift

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality and precision in repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration and communication.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from start to finish.
