Caliber's Service Center Joppa is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will work on frames, panels, and structural components with a team that includes painters, estimators, and front office staff to ensure efficient, safe vehicle restoration.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts and perfect welds.
• Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from assessment to final assembly.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
