Caliber Collision in Charlotte is seeking skilled technicians to perform full collision repairs, including fender to frame work, with precise blueprinting and quality finishes. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.

The role requires 2+ years in collision repair, frame knowledge, and a team-first attitude, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are highlighted in our benefits package.

Competenze

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair to spec.
• Strong attention to detail for bolts, welds, and alignment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision to factory specs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
