Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Chapin Service Center. You will repair vehicles from fender benders to frame rebuilds, following blueprints and factory specs while delivering quality reassembly and fit. Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office to move cars efficiently.

We value hands-on skill, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. The role requires physical fitness and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frame components.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and finish quality.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
