Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Fayetteville, NC seeks skilled auto collision repair technicians. You will blueprint and execute repairs, perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, align frames, and ensure quality reassembly.

Must be physically fit to lift up to 50lbs and work with the team to move cars efficiently. We offer competitive pay up to $20–$27 per hour with weekly pay, training (I-CAR, ASE), time off and holidays, and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
