Caliber is looking for skilled collision repair technicians in Clayton, NC. Our team works with modern equipment to repair vehicles after accidents and get customers home safely.

You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from body repairs to frame rebuilds, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and the front office. We offer growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how for repairs.
• No-shortcuts mentality—plan and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles through the process.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
