Caliber Collision Tyler Southwest is seeking experienced auto body technicians to repair vehicles with precision, using modern equipment and a focus on safety. You will work on full collision repairs, including framing, panel work, and reassembly, collaborating with the shop team to deliver high-quality results.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on experience, a keen eye for detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tightened bolts, perfect welds, clean repairs.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish in mind.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
