Caliber Service Center in Gallatin, TN is seeking an experienced auto body technician. If you can blueprint and execute precise repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—you’ll join a team that values quality, safety, and efficiency.

With at least two years of collision repair experience, frame/structural know-how, and a team-first attitude, you’ll work alongside painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience and frame work.
• Ability to blueprint, pull, straighten, and square parts to factory specs.
• Commitment to precise, high-quality repairs with no shortcuts.
• Attention to detail and safe, clean work habits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs for collision damage.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work as needed.
• Ensure fit and finish with quality reassembly.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
