Caliber Collision Winchester is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair collisions and restore vehicles to factory specs. With at least two years of hands-on frame and structural work, you can pull, straighten, and square components with a no-shortcuts approach.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on auto body experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from dents to frame work.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final finishes with care.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and adhere to standards.
