Qualifications

• At least 2 years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality to blueprint and repair correctly.
• Excellent attention to detail and weld quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs on vehicles.
• Perform full collision repair including panel and structural work.
• Reassemble with proper fit and finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and use modern equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
