Job summary

Caliber Sherman is seeking an experienced auto collision repair technician to blueprint and execute repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You’ll work with a team to restore vehicles to factory specs using modern equipment.

The right candidate has at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You’ll be part of a supportive shop offering competitive pay, training (I-CAR, ASE), paid time off, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Ability to blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Strong attention to detail with precise welds and bolts.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to high standards.
• Full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
