Caliber Anderson - East is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repair, frame and panel work, and precise reassembly. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, a keen eye for detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tight bolts, welds, and final finishes matter.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and clean.
