Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician at our Springfield, OR service center. You will perform full collision repairs, frame work, and structural repairs to return vehicles to factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge required; able to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and execute repairs correctly the first time.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with and around heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with proper fit.
