Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician at our Corvallis center. You’ll handle full collision repairs—from blueprinting to final reassembly—ensuring factory-spec accuracy and quality. Required: at least two years in collision repair, frame and structural work, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. and committed to high safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in collision repair.
• Frame and structural know-how to straighten and square components.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise repairs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts; ensure precise outcomes.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Perform quality reassembly with finished appearance in mind.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; uphold shop safety standards.
• Adapt to varying crash damage scenarios and customer needs.
