Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled auto body technicians for our Fishers, IN service center. You’ll perform full collision repairs and bring vehicles back to factory specs, with a focus on safety and quality.

We value teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff, and offer career growth and comprehensive training. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience and be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structures.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with focus on fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
