Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience and ability to repair frames.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and execute repairs accurately.
• Sharp eye for detail; ensure precise bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs; team-oriented and safety conscious.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts, ensuring factory-spec alignment.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Assist with accidents-related repairs as part of the core business.
