Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame, pull, straighten and square structural components to factory specs.
• Blueprints and precision repairs—no shortcuts.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with tight fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
