Caliber Collision’s Service Center Salem NH is seeking experienced collision repair professionals. You will perform full repairs, from frame straightening to reassembly, ensuring factory specs are met.

You’ll work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality results. The role requires at least two years of experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to spec.
• Strong attention to detail with precise repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform full collision repair from frame to finish.
• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper reassembly of vehicles.
