Caliber's Service Center in Valley Ranch, Texas, is looking for experienced collision repair technicians to join our team. If you turn wrecks into road-ready rides with precision and care, this is for you.

Expect competitive weekly pay at up to $20-$30 per hour, plus benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for I-CAR and ASE certifications. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver quality repairs on every vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair experience to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff in the business.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
