Job summary

Caliber's Service Center in Lubbock is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You’ll handle full collision repair from frame rebuilds to panel alignment, blueprinting and precise reassembly to factory specs, always with safety and quality in mind.

Requirements include at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You must lift up to 50 lbs and work well with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix right first time.
• High attention to detail; tightened bolts, welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish matters for final fit.
• Work as a team to move cars through efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
