Caliber's Leander service center is hiring collision repair technicians to restore cars after crashes with precision and care. You’ll work with experienced teammates on full-frame, panel, and structural repairs using modern equipment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and align parts.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
