• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; precise welds and tightened bolts.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no work restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
