Caliber Collision Lincoln City is seeking an experienced collision repair professional. You will perform frame and structural repairs, blueprint correctly, and deliver high-quality repairs with attention to detail. The role requires physical fitness (lift up to 50 lbs) and a team-first mindset to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how and ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality—tightened bolts, precise welds.
• Physically fit for the job (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Team-first attitude—collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• No two crashes are identical, so every day brings new challenges and repairs.
• Blueprint and execute—no guesswork or shortcuts, just clean, precise work.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work returning bent/twisted parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
