Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Lincoln service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame and panel work, to restore vehicles to factory specs.

You’ll work with painters and estimators, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a high‑quality customer experience. Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on repair experience, strong frame/structural skills, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Pull, straighten, and square bent frames and structures.
• Blueprint and repair to high standards on every job.
• Work with painters, estimators, and front office staff as a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically capable for the job.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs to restore factory specifications.
• Perform full collision repair including fender and frame work.
• Handle panel and structural repairs with quality reassembly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the work location.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
