Job summary

Caliber Lockhart Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using blueprint accuracy, tighten bolts, and factory specs to ensure quality welds and safe returns to the road. We offer competitive pay with a weekly flag rate up to $20–$30, plus I-CAR and ASE training, paid time off, and benefits.

You must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how required; pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• High attention to detail for tight bolts and welds.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work as needed.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team members to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
