Qualifications

• At least two years of turn­ing wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structures.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well in a team with painters and estimators.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Restore panels and structural parts to factory specs.
• Complete quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
