Job summary

Caliber South Windsor is seeking skilled auto collision repair technicians to fix fenders, frames, and panels with precision. You’ll work on a variety of vehicle types and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and hold I-CAR or ASE certifications; we offer competitive pay, day-one benefits, and strong onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square metal components.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major incidents.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
