Caliber's Miami service center is seeking skilled auto body technicians to repair vehicles after collisions, from minor dents to major frame work.

You'll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver precise, factory-spec repairs. The role requires physical stamina and a detail-oriented mindset, with opportunities to grow through I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welded joints and alignments.
• Physically fit; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
