Job summary

Caliber's Auburn South Service Center is looking for an experienced collision repair technician to repair fenders, frames, and body panels to factory specs.

You will blueprint and execute full collision repairs, working with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars safely and efficiently. A two-year track record, physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame repair and structural alignment skills.
• No shortcuts and precise, blueprint-driven workmanship.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-based collaboration with painters, estimators, and office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major impacts.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit and finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
