Job summary

Caliber's Cedar Grove Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore wrecked vehicles to road-ready condition. You will work on full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precision techniques and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of wreck repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
