Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Berlin, CT center. Each day, you’ll work on fenders, frames, and panels to restore vehicles safely and efficiently using modern equipment and a supportive team.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on experience, knows how to pull, straighten, and square components, and embraces a no-shortcuts mentality. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high‑quality repairs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair to spec.
• Sharp eye for detail in bolts, welds, and alignment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Duct, panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
