Job summary

Caliber's Sanford Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and precise methods.

We value a two-year track record, frame/structural know-how, attention to detail, and teamwork. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, collaborate with painters and estimators, and advance with I-CAR/ASE training. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right first time.
• Attention to detail for tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with body shop staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
