You’ll blueprint and execute repairs, panel and structural work, and precise reassembly, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff. This role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on auto body repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames.
• Commitment to blueprinting and proper repair on first pass.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and fit/finish attention.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
