Job summary

Caliber's San Bernardino service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to perform full-frame and panel repairs with attention to detail and safety. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move vehicles through the shop efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and I-CAR/ASE certifications, plus eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills to pull, straighten and square.
• Must work well in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from initial assessment to finish.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
