Job summary

Caliber's Santee Service Center is seeking experienced auto body technicians to restore collision-damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will work in a team-focused environment with modern equipment, focusing on precision, safety, and timely repairs.

We offer competitive pay up to $20–$23 per hour, paid weekly, plus benefits, training via I-CAR and ASE certifications, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten and square up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Repair panels and structures to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final fit.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
