Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous repair and assessment of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as a Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, repairing dents, realigning chassis, and replacing parts or glass.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with other auto body repairers in a shop environment.
• Understand and apply vehicle body repair methods and procedures.
• Know how to use the tools required for auto body work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replaces parts, and restore paint as required.
• Realign chassis/frames and repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and related components.
• Weld, attach, and fit parts; apply factory or equivalent paint.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
