Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver top-tier customer experiences through precise repair work. You will assess damage, plan repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, and ensure quality results that restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

A strong toolbox, attention to safety, and teamwork are essential in this busy shop. You will work with the team to meet KPIs, perform welding and painting, and ensure compliance with standards while supporting a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair procedures and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Weld, paint, and finish vehicles per factory specs or standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
