Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow repair processes with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with auto body repair tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace parts and apply paint as required.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to WOW (Wow Operating Way) guidelines and team KPIs.
